Assembly Automation Machines

We have in recent years begun to focus our attention on Assembly Automation, to provide our esteemed customers process based Assembly Automation Machines using state of art instrumentation to ensure the end product quality meets the requirements of their customers.

Some of the machines developed are :

Armature Riveting Machine

This is used for Riveting of Armature Child Parts to form an Armature Assembly of Air Con for Passenger cars

The machine is equipped with a Slide to Transfer the Child parts to the Riveting Zone and is fitted with Load Cell to ensure the correct riveting load was achieved during operation

Bearing Pressing and Depth Checking

Developed for the Rotor Bearing Pressing Line. This is the 1st Operation where in the Bearing is press fitted into the Rotor bore and the Depth vs. Load is monitored during operation to ensure the proper fitment of the bearing

Caulking and Depth Checking

This is the 2nd Operation in Rotor Bearing Pressing Line. Here the Pressed Bearing is Caulked with the Component using a Special Caulking Tool. After the Caulking Operation the Depth of the indentation is checked electronically.

Rotor Run-Out Checking Machine

This machine is used to verify the T.I.R on the Rotor OD and Face using LVDT Probes, if the results are within specified tolerance the Machine clears the assembly otherwise it is rejected and has to be placed in a Bin with Sensor Interlock for next operation
