In Year 2006 MACHT decided to look for new Horizons and decided to add Automation to its Products and Services Umbrella

in 2006 MACHT developed its first Gantry Robot and showcased the same at the ToolTech 2006 Exhibition in Delhi India. 

In 2007 we joined hands with M/s Reis Robotics of Germany to promote Robotic Automation in the Indian Industry. Reis is more than 50 years old company and not only has a range of its own Robots and Peripheral Modules but also provides solutions in Robotic Automation in many fields, to name a few :

  • Welding and Cutting Automation
  • Die Casting Automaton
  • Gravity Die Casting Pouring Automation
  • Laser Applications like Cutting, Welding, Hardening etc
  • Material Handling Automation
  • Photovoltaic

MACHT developed its own range of Linear Gantry Robot in 2007 to compliment Reis Range of Robots and showcased the same together with Reis 6 Axes Robot during the IMTEX 2007

Above is the picture of the Demonstration shown during IMTOS 2007. The Linear Robot of MACHT in Blue transferred parts tot he 6 Axes Robot for processing using various tools with help of Auto Tool Changer
