CNC Cage Pocket Milling Machine 

 

Our customer required a solution for Cage Window Milling for its Cage Component of the Constant Velocity Joint. They were presently performing the same in a VMC with Servo Indexing of the part. 

We proposed a CNC Special Purpose Machine with 2 Spindles performing on opposite sides simultaneously thereby reducing the cycle time to 50%
