Ring De-Burring / Beldering Machine

Our latest development for Ring Manufacturing Industry. This is a fully automatic machine for Beldering of Piston Rings after Gap Finishing Operation to remove the fine burrs from the Ring face. The Rings are loaded on a Chute and transferred to the Part Carrying Belt which moves the rings under a Emery Belt. The rings are then reversed automatically and same operation is performed on the other side. The rings are finally collected in a Gap Aligning Station and can be now transferred to next operation
