Special Purpose Machines

 

In Year 1998 we started Special Purpose Machines Division within our Company and provide innovative solutions in Machining.   Our main thrust in Machine Development is :
 
à Design Machines that are Simple to Build, Operate & Maintain
à To Achieve Quality beyond Customer’s expectations
à To minimize Setup Time and improve Productivity
à To Provide Low Cost Machine Automation thereby increasing Efficiency of the Machine

We provide solutions for Metal Working as well as Assembly Machines with CNC or PLC Controls.

Over the years we have developed our own Modular Units such as Spindle Units with max RPM of 25000.

Seeing the need of Low Cost Automation in Machine Tools we developed our own Self Feed Spindle Units which allow multiple operations in compact space. There are various Models for Self Feed Spindle Units and can be seen in Modular Units section.
