MACHT's Modular Unit Range

We at MACHT have over the years developed our own range of Modular Units. This gives us the flexibility to reduce the Lead Time for Machine Building and enhances the Quality of our machines.
Some of our Modular Units are :

Self Feed Machining Units

   

    

 

We developed our first Pneumatic Self Feed Drilling Unit in 2002 and so far more than 100 units are already in operation at various customers of world repute. Today we can offer the same in 3 Variants : Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Servo Controlled.

Slide Mounted Machining Units

    

We have standardized our Slide Mounted Machining Units and can provide Spindles for :

  • Turning

  • Drilling

  • Milling

  • Grinding

  • Fine Boring

with Spindle Nose to suit the customer's requirements.

Multi Spindle Heads

We can offer Fixed Center Distance Multi Spindle Units with mounting to suit spindle nose as per customers requirements. The run-out on each individual spindle is controlled within 10 microns hence are suited for high cutting parameters.
