Macht manufactures precision facing heads with Hydraulic or Servo actuation. These Can be used with our A2-3 & A2-4 Servo Self Feed Spindle Units for performing myriads of operation such as:
- Contour turning
- Grooving
- Thread Cutting
- Internal contour Turning
In a Rotary Transfer or as Stand Alone Systems.
The Facing Head is hardened and ground and has been equipped with Lubricion Channels to provide lubrication to its moving parts. Typically the backlash of such a system is under 20 Microns.
